Patterns based on your wishes

Working closely with our customers, our Creative Center develops new, distinctive individualized pattern designs. Elegant colors, original borders or graphic patterns – every design is a personal statement. Bauscher inglaze décors are extremely durable. At high firing temperatures, the pattern designs sink deep into the glaze and bond with it. This way, the patterns cannot fade or be damaged.

1. Design

Presentation of the pattern ideas as a paper draft, in digital form, or on porcelain

2. Pattern development

Fleshing out of the selected design in the design studio until it is ready for mass production

3. Transfer

Properly matching lithographic transfer to the desired articles

4. Job preparation

Selection of in-glaze colors and production of print images

5. Pattern production

Careful application of print images to the articles and firing in the pattern oven at the in-glazing temperatures

6. Shipment

Following precise quality control, on-schedule shipment with dishwasher-safe, laboratory-tested Bauscher pattern quality
